Linear Motion can supply a large range of backlash free & torsionally rigid couplings, ideally suited for connecting encoders, stepping and servo motors. They are specifically designed for frequent forward/reversing applications without your machine losing linear accuracy.

Metric and Imperial bores are available, with the option of different bores on the same coupling when you have a servo shaft diameter and ball screw shaft journal diameter which are different. Bore sizes run from 3 to 60mm and stainless steel types are also available.

We stock sizes to suit our servo systems. We can arrange supply of these couplings pre-bored to your needs, saving time, labour and avoiding the hassle of having to machine small ID bores. If you have these on a production machine, it will also save downtime, if you have a pre-bored coupling available in your factory’s spare parts to cover any breakdowns or collisions which may occur.
